By placing an order with Resplenent.Art.Designs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
 

1. Products & Artwork

Product images shown on our website are for reference. Actual products may have slight differences in colour, appearance, size, texture, or artwork due to production and printing processes.

Some of our artwork may be created or assisted using AI (Artificial Intelligence). Because of this, the final artwork may differ slightly from the preview or sample shown.
 

2. AI-Generated Artwork

AI-generated artwork may sometimes look similar to designs created or used by other companies, businesses, or individuals.

Resplenent.Art.Designs does not guarantee that AI-generated artwork is completely unique or exclusive.

We will not be responsible for disputes or claims arising solely from similarities between our AI-generated artwork and artwork used by another party, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
 

3. Customer-Provided Artwork

If you provide your own artwork, logo, image, or design, we will not intentionally change or alter it unless you ask us to do so.

However, minor adjustments such as resizing, cropping, positioning, or formatting may be required to make the artwork suitable for production.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any artwork, logo, image, or other material you provide to us.
 

4. Customised Orders

For customised products, customers are responsible for checking all information provided, including names, spelling, dates, colours, images, and other details.

Once a customised order has been approved or production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
 

5. Pricing

Prices may change from time to time because the cost of materials, production, suppliers, and other expenses may vary.

Resplenent.Art.Designs reserves the right to adjust prices when necessary to maintain the quality of our products and artwork.

The price confirmed when your order is accepted will apply to that order.
 

6. Orders & Payment

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it due to stock, production, pricing, technical, or other reasonable circumstances.
 

7. Minimum Order Quantity

Some products may have a minimum order quantity. Customers must meet the stated minimum quantity before an order can be processed.
 

8. Delivery

Delivery and production times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, supplier issues, production delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

Our original artwork, designs, logos, website content, and other materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without our permission.

For artwork supplied by customers, the customer remains responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
 

10. Changes to These Terms

Resplenent.Art.Designs may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on our website will apply to future orders.
